Technical Warehouse Support

• Operate various types of heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels using warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar software.
• Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and materials handling equipment operation while adhering to safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Assist in stocking, picking & packing orders, shipping & receiving activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory management software to perform stock audits, update records, and maintain accurate inventory data.
• Follow safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to OSHA guidelines, and practicing safe mechanical knowledge during all operations.
• Support warehouse supervision by maintaining organized storage areas, participating in safety protocol adherence, and assisting with warehouse management tasks as needed.

• Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software like AS400 or equivalent platforms, and RF scanners.
• Prior experience in warehouse supervision or supporting roles that require mechanical knowledge and adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing tasks.
• Construction or heavy machinery experience is a plus for understanding mechanical systems involved in material handling equipment operation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety at all times.
