Network Engineer/Installer

As the first and last point of contact, Network Engineer position is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers. In addition, they will overseeing the daily operations of the customer base in every division.

• Remote and onsite support for Small and Medium Businesses
• Backup and Disaster Restoration
• Cloud based Hosted Solutions
• DaaS, SaaS, BaaS, VDI, Virtual Terminal Server, Virtual Desktop
• Data Recovery Services
• VoIP and ISP brokerage
• Networking and low voltage wiring
• Network Security
• Office and Home Automation, Security, and Surveillance
• Sales Support/Programing for the direct and indirect sales force

Global Technology Group is looking for a versatile Tier 2, Tier3 Technical Support Engineer. With minimum of 4 years of experience with desktop and server support, in mixed OS environments., * Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks.
