Graphic Designer - Sports and Digital Media

The Wichita Falls NetBurners professional basketball organization is seeking a creative, dependable Graphic Designer to support the team’s marketing, social media and promotional efforts for the 2026-2027 season.

This individual will create engaging graphics for player signings, game days, ticket promotions, community events, sponsorships, merchandise and other team announcements. The ideal candidate understands modern sports design, works well under short deadlines and can maintain a consistent visual identity across every platform.

Responsibilities

• Create player-signing and roster-announcement graphics
• Design game-day, schedule, score and final-result posts
• Produce ticket sales, merchandise and promotional graphics
• Create materials for youth camps, auditions and community events
• Design sponsor announcements and partnership content
• Develop flyers, posters and other print-ready materials
• Resize designs for social media, websites, email and digital advertising
• Follow the NetBurners’ brand colors, logos and visual standards
• Complete revisions based on feedback from team leadership
• Organize and maintain editable source files

• Previous graphic design experience required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sports or social media design
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar software
• Ability to create original designs and follow an established brand
• Strong attention to detail, spelling and layout
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Dependable communication and responsiveness
• Basketball or sports-design experience strongly preferred
• Motion graphics and video-editing experience are a plus
• Familiarity with Wichita Falls and the surrounding community is a plus
