Job description
We are seeking an experienced Network & Systems Integration Engineer to support enterprise and financial-sector clients throughout the New York area.
The ideal candidate will has strong networking and infrastructure experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to independently manage technical projects from design through implementation. This role combines technical consulting, solution design, project delivery, and customer support.
The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, including remote work, customer site visits, and occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement networking, security, server, storage, and infrastructure solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, technical discussions, solution design, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) testing.
- Perform network migrations, firewall cutovers, system upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
- Develop implementation plans, migration procedures, and technical documentation.
- Independently deliver medium-sized system integration projects.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide remote and on-site support.
- Identify opportunities for network optimization and infrastructure improvements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in networking, systems integration, infrastructure engineering, or IT consulting.
- Experience supporting financial institutions, banks, or other enterprise environments is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with network migrations, firewall cutovers, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, wireless, and network security technologies.
- Experience with Cisco networking solutions.
- Experience with enterprise server, storage, virtualization, and Microsoft infrastructure environments.
- Ability to independently manage technical projects and customer engagements.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

- Cisco CCNP (Preferred)
