Job description
Testing Coordinator is responsible for working with the Curriculum Office to ensure that testing throughout the district is completed with fidelity and according to the state, local, and vendor regulations. The Testing Coordinator is required to work with various systems including the district’s student information system (eSchoolPlus), the state assessment system, and various vendor systems including systems from the College Board, ACT, and NWEA., * AP Test Coordinator

- Assisting with state testing
- Assisting with district administration of the NWEA MAP Growth Assessment
Calendar(not being shared, for Dan’s understanding)
August - Begin AP registration preparation, preparation for district NWEA MAP Growth assessment
September - District NWEA MAP Growth Assessment, preparation for third grade state testing, AP registration
October - Third grade testing
November - Preparation for high school December/January state testing
December - High school state testing, NWEA MAP Growth Assessment
January - Preparation for high school administration of ACT
February - Preparation for state testing
March - ACT administration, English Language Arts state testing, AP preparation
April - State testing, AP preparation
Requirements
- Effective communicator
- Advanced organization skills
- Proficient technology skills - including the ability to utilize functions within MS Excel/Google Sheets
Benefits & conditions
The individual selected for this position will have a 187 day work obligation (approximately 20 hours per week) with the potential to work additional days throughout the summer months. The position will be paid on an hourly basis at a rate of $41.91 per hour. The job details appear below.
