Job description

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Perform Microsoft 365 tenant deployments, migrations, and ongoing administration.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device provisioning, compliance, and application deployment.
  • Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID, including identity, authentication, and access management.
  • Maintain on-premises Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, user administration, permissions, and organizational structure.
  • Support Windows desktop operating systems
  • Administer Windows Server environments
  • Manage virtualization platforms including VMware and Citrix.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity protection.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues involving LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
  • Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Monitor and manage systems
  • Utilize helpdesk platforms
  • Document technical procedures, maintain knowledge base articles, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction., * A user reports their laptop is “running slow.” What are the first three things you check?
  • A user says they aren’t receiving emails from a specific external sender. Walk me through how you’d investigate this
  • You are working on a high-priority ticket for an executive, but a “walk-up” user interrupts you with a non-urgent issue. How do you handle it?

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Microsoft cloud technologies, Windows server administration, endpoint management, networking, and customer support. Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred., * 7+ years of IT Systems Administration experience.

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of VMware and/or Citrix virtualization.
  • Understanding of endpoint security, MFA, and identity management best practices.
  • Solid networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, and wireless networking.
  • Experience using IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Experience Remote Monitoring and Management platforms.
  • Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Corporate IT, or BPO environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment., * Self-motivated and dependable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
