Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AI-driven application development. In this role, you will help design, build, enhance, and modernize enterprise-grade applications using the latest Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with .NET 8/.NET Core, C#, Azure cloud services, and modern application architectures. Experience developing AI-enabled solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is essential.

This position offers the opportunity to work on application modernization initiatives, cloud-native development, API design, and AI integration while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 8, and enterprise application development.
Strong background in developing and deploying applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Practical experience with:
Azure App Services
Azure Functions
Azure API Management
Azure Service Bus
Azure SQL
Azure OpenAI
Azure AI Foundry
Hands-on experience implementing AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and GitHub Copilot for Developers.
Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and implementing secure authentication and authorization practices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/B2C.
Proven experience migrating legacy .NET Framework/Web Forms applications to modern .NET 8 cloud-native architectures.
Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, and container technologies.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Cosmos DB, and at least one modern front-end framework such as Blazor, React, or Angular.

Ability to perform application assessments, feasibility studies, and technical gap analyses.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend scalable and practical technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, project stakeholders, and business leadership.

Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer working on enterprise applications.
Strong background in Microsoft Azure cloud development and application modernization.
Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services.
