Job description

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will lead the planning, development, and execution of organizational change initiatives that support enterprise-wide strategic transformation. This role partners with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to drive organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication, training, and long-term adoption of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive organizational change management strategies to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Design and execute communication plans, including core messaging, FAQs, leadership communications, and implementation timelines.
  • Conduct organizational readiness and change impact assessments to identify risks, barriers, and opportunities for successful adoption.
  • Assess leadership training and organizational capability needs and recommend targeted development strategies.
  • Develop customized leadership capability-building programs aligned with organizational priorities and culture.
  • Design and develop leadership training materials for both virtual and instructor-led delivery.
  • Create executive presentations, roadshow materials, and communication resources for leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to build alignment around strategic priorities and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder meetings to support change adoption and decision-making.
  • Develop practical tools, templates, and resources that enable business units to independently sustain organizational change efforts.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement processes to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Integrate change management activities with strategic planning, business planning, governance, and organizational communications.
  • Identify and mitigate organizational risks associated with large-scale transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives within large or complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide communication and change management strategies.
  • Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change impact assessments.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development and training programs.
  • Strong experience facilitating executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation, strategic initiatives, and enterprise adoption efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Organizational Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting strategic planning and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders.
