Job description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing our business data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Your key duties will include:

  • Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including customer bookings, operational schedules, and financial records.
  • Analysing customer behaviour, service popularity, and booking patterns to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
  • Monitoring operational data to identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply usage, and staff deployment.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all company systems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering insights from data. Essential qualifications include:

  • Proven experience working as a data analyst or in a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present complex information with clarity and precision.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
