This is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its Azure integration landscape. You will play a key role in the ownership, optimisation, and continuous improvement of a modern enterprise integration platform, working with a collaborative team and influencing the future direction of critical technology services. - Take ownership of an enterprise integration platform built on Microsoft Azure.
- Manage the transition of services from external delivery partners into internal ownership.
- Ensure the performance, availability, security, and reliability of Azure integration services.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Bicep and Azure DevOps.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimise Azure integration environments.
- Support disaster recovery testing and contribute to platform resilience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across integrations, processes, and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, application teams, and third-party partners.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and the delivery of new integration capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience as an Integration Platform Engineer or in a similar Azure integration-focused role.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services, including Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Log Analytics.
- Experience building and managing Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience creating monitoring dashboards and working with KQL queries.
- Understanding of networking principles within Azure environments.
- Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, or delivery partners.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Azure certifications and ITIL knowledge are advantageous.
