Job description

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a modern Azure-based integration landscape and play a key role in its long term stability, security, and evolution. You will work at the heart of a data and technology function, ensuring that critical integrations run reliably while continuously improving the platform and ways of working. The Company They are a large, complex, international organisation with a strong focus on technology enablement and digital transformation. Integration plays a critical role in connecting core business systems across the organisation. The technology environment is Microsoft Azure based, with a clear ambition to professionalise, standardise, and optimise integration services at enterprise scale. The Role

  • Take ownership of an enterprise integration platform built on Azure, including handover from delivery partners
  • Ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance across all integration services
  • Manage and maintain both legacy and new integrations within the platform
  • Build, maintain, and improve Infrastructure as Code pipelines for Azure
  • Monitor, upgrade, and proactively improve integration environments
  • Support disaster recovery testing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience as an Integration Platform Engineer or similar role
  • Deep knowledge of Azure Integration Services such as API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, and monitoring tools
  • Strong capability in Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Azure DevOps pipelines, and PowerShell
  • Experience with dashboards, logging, and KQL queries
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and delivery partners
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on quality, stability, and continuous improvement
