Job description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who isnât satisfied with âgood enough.â Youâll be the voice, the problem-solver, and the guide for our riders and dealer partners around the world.
This isnât a job for someone who wants routine. Itâs for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, loves speaking directly with customers, and wants to play a direct role in shaping how people experience the motorcycle of the future. When riders push our bikes to the limit, youâll be there to make sure the experience is flawless. When dealers face a challenge, youâll provide them with knowledge, tools, and confidence.
Youâll bridge the gap between engineering brilliance and real-world use.
What Youâll Do
- Be the first line of defense for our customers and dealers, solving mechanical,
- electrical, and software issues.
- Diagnose problems remotely, often in real-time, guiding users through solutions step
- by step.
- Turn complex engineering into simple, actionable instructions.
- Keep our global dealer network sharp with the latest updates, bulletins, and insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, service, and quality teams, feeding back what you learn in the field so the bikes keep getting better.
- Document, analyze, and improve, so the next problem is solved even faster.
- Focus on the German market as the reference native speaker.
- Establishing relationships with dealers and helping customers in their own language is key to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support, motorcycle mechanics, or automotive diagnostics.
- A strong understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.
- The ability to turn frustration into confidence by communicating clearly and calmly.
- Fluent English (mandatory) and German. Extra points if you also speak Spanish, Italian.
- Bonus if youâve already worked with EVs, motorcycles, or high-performance vehicles.
