Job description

In their London office (2 days a week, hybrid working) they’re looking to hire a 3rd line Support Analyst / Engineer - Someone with good skills across Windows servers and infrastructure, VMware, Azure and Intune - A broad and varied role. You’ll support the backbone of their technology estate, "own" outages and escalations and be key in ensuring the IT infrastructure is secure, resilient and ready to scale.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar 3rd line IT support analyst / engineering roleExperience supporting Microsoft 365Broad infrastructure knowledge acrossActive Directory, Virtual Machines and Citrix, (Windows) Servers, SQL Server, monitoring and Azure cloud etcSolid understanding of networking (DNC, DHCP etc)Good experience of Intune, SCCM would be ideal tooExperience working directly with end users and customers
