Job description
As Data Intelligence Partner, you’ll help shape how data is used across YBS by -
- Driving adoption of Power BI and our self-serve analytics strategy.
- Supporting the migration from legacy reporting tools to our modern enterprise data platform.
- Delivering the Data Academy and building data capability across the organisation.
- Designing and developing high-quality dashboards, reporting solutions and semantic models.
- Embedding consistent reporting, governance and MI standards.
- Acting as the link between business teams and Data & AI to turn business challenges into actionable insight
Requirements
You’ll combine strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, engage and coach others. You’ll bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and semantic modelling
- Knowledge of Power BI best practice, governance, workspace management and user-centred dashboard design
- Experience supporting reporting transformation, change initiatives or platform migrations
- The ability to translate business needs into meaningful data and insight solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and coaching skills
- Experience designing and delivering training, learning materials or capability-building initiatives
