Data Selections and Imports Manager

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established national organisation for an experienced Data Selections and Imports Manager to support the team during a busy period. Available on either a full-time basis or part-time (3 to 5 days a week), this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately. The roleYou’ll be responsible for producing data selections for marketing and fundraising campaigns, managing data imports into the CRM, and ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and ready to use.Working closely with marketing and fundraising teams, you’ll turn campaign briefs into targeted data selections, resolve data queries, and help keep campaign activity running smoothly. Key responsibilitiesProduce campaign data selections using SQLIf Manage and validate data imports into the CRMMaintain high standards of data quality and accuracyWork with stakeholders to understand campaign requirementsPrepare and manipulate data for campaigns and reportingMaintain clear process documentationSupport improvements to data processes where appropriate

About youYou’ll have previous experience working with customer or supporter data and be confident using SQL to extract and manipulate data. You’ll be organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple requests to tight deadlines. You’ll also have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
