Job description

  • Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen (Level 1-2) und Vor-Ort-Support für Endgeräte
  • Durchführung von On-/Offboardings und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen IT-Team zur Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Koordination externer Serviceeinsätze bei Hardware- oder Infrastrukturthemen
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Einhaltung von IT-Standards

Requirements

  • Ein informationstechnisches Studium, z.B Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik oder eine passende Ausbildung, z.B Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) o. ä.
  • Idealerweise 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Service Desk, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Microsoft-basierten IT-Umgebungen, insbesondere mit Azure Active Directory und Microsoft Intune zur Verwaltung von Endgeräten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
