Job description

Anduril is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive product reliability across the full lifecycle of advanced autonomous defense systems-from early concept development through qualification, production, and field deployment. This individual will partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure products can withstand real-world operating environments while meeting mission-critical performance requirements. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where you’ll serve as the reliability subject matter expert, helping influence design decisions, test strategies, failure investigations, manufacturing readiness, and long-term product performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in aerospace or defense hardware, reliability engineering methodologies, and hands-on experience supporting products from development through production.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $61.00 - $80.00/hr.
