Application Consultant

As an experienced Application Consultant, you play a key role in guiding our customers through the implementation of the MECOMS solution. You translate business processes into clear functional requirements and support clients in optimizing their operations. Working closely with project managers, developers, and customer stakeholders, you ensure that the solution aligns with business needs and industry standards. You participate in workshops, document functional designs, configure the application, and support testing and go-live activities. In this role, you act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt best practices and get the most value out of the MECOMS platform.

Do you have a passion for IT or the Energy sector, or you are eager to learn more about it - well, then you might be the one we are looking for!, * Experience with ERP implementations or strong knowledge of business processes, ideally combined with familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies

• Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
• Ability to lead workshops, document functional designs, and translate requirements into clear specifications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, and other internal teams
• Analytical problem-solver with the ability to tackle complex business challenges
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive solutions forward
• Strong command of Dutch and English; French is a plus
• Familiarity with the energy and utilities sector is a strong advantage
