IT Operations & Compliance Specialist

• Several years of professional experience in a broad IT role covering IT operations, project delivery, support and compliance
• Experience providing first-level IT support and coordinating with external IT service providers
• Experience managing business-critical applications and collaborating with internal business departments and external partners
• Experience planning and delivering IT projects focused on digitalisation, automation and compliance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk and DORA
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into IT compliance measures
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment
• Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Intune
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection standards, including ISO 27001
• Experience documenting IT processes, preparing reports and maintaining internal standards
• Strong methodological and analytical skills
• Completed degree or vocational training in IT, Business Informatics or a related field
• Fluent in German and English
• Independent and structured working style with a high level of initiative
