Make a Difference The Enterprise Program Manager will lead high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives that support strategic financial, operational, and supply chain goals. This role partners closely with executive leadership, operational teams, and external consultants to drive complex programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable results.
What Youâll Do
- Lead and coordinate large-scale enterprise initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other business functions.
- Manage program governance, workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, presentations, action plans, and decision-support materials.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor program performance, identify barriers, facilitate issue resolution, and escalate risks as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external consultants to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Support executive decision-making through data analysis, business insights, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree is required.
- Masterâs Degree is preferred.
- 7 (seven) or more years of experience in enterprise program management, business operations, finance, supply chain, consulting support, leadership coordination, or complex cross-functional initiative management.
- Experience supporting senior executive governance, enterprise transformation, financial improvement, operational performance, or large-scale business programs.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
- Skilled at turning complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working with executive leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.
