Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Full-Stack PHP Developer to join a fast paced, rapidly growing team of commercial real estate professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining proprietary web applications that support the company’s real estate operations., * Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using PHP and the Laminas framework.

  • Write, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas to support application functionality.
  • Build and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using Bootstrap and jQuery.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain applications within Linux server environments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full application stack in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Support, maintain, and enhance existing proprietary software applications and integrations.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users as needed.
  • Handle other duties as specifically designated by department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum five years of professional PHP development experience required.
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL, including database design, querying, and optimization.
  • Experience with the Laminas (Zend) framework required.
  • Proficient in front-end development using Bootstrap and jQuery.
  • Solid working knowledge of Linux server administration and application deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to switch between projects and shifting priorities easily.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • UI/UX design experience preferred, but not required.
  • Commercial real estate industry knowledge preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to leverage Claude and other AI tools to boost productivity and integrate AI capabilities into web applications preferred, but not required.
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.
  • May perform other duties as assigned., * Do you have experience with Laminas (Zend) framework?
