Business Development Manager - BIM & Digital Engineering Services

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - BIM & Digital Engineering Services to drive growth for our BIM, Digital Engineering, and Construction Technology services. The ideal candidate will have experience selling solutions to architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and construction firms., * Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

• Develop relationships with AEC industry decision-makers.
• Promote BIM, VDC, Digital Engineering, and related services.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Achieve revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience.
• Proven success selling BIM, AEC, Engineering, Construction Technology, or related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred

• Existing network within the AEC industry.
• Knowledge of BIM, VDC, Digital Twin, Revit, and construction workflows.
