IT Support

• Troubleshoot incoming phone calls relating to IT tickets
• Troubleshooting computers, printers, and connectivity issues
• Enter data into system
• Answers questions from customers or directs them to the person who is able to assist them
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and/or any other resource to rectify them
• Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under stressful conditions

• 2 years technical help desk or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Exceptional experience in effective business communications, including grammar and phone/email etiquette required
• Computer proficiency with a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
• Server hardware experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills
