Job description

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed
Train employees on new technologies and software applications
Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses

Requirements

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Detroit office., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based applications
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
