IT Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to staff and patients for hardware, software, and network related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software and order new equipment as needed
• Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology and systems
