Technical Project Manager - Agile, Scrum

Direct highly complex enterprise-wide IT programs encompassing multiple concurrent technical projects. Coach cross-functional engineering teams on advanced Agile processes and continuous Scrum practices. Develop strategic program roadmaps, high-level project plans, and corresponding business cases. Optimize project integration by dynamically adjusting technical scope, budgets, and delivery schedules. Generate comprehensive status reports detailing milestone achievements, resource allocation, and KPIs.
