Enterprise Program Manager

• Formulate and track comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and operational resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, business units, and external contractors to ensure program alignment.
• Manage project scope modifications through established formal change control procedures.
• Monitor system implementation milestones to proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and deliver strategic status reports to executive leadership.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and performance metrics to guarantee contractual compliance.
• Direct project closure workflows, including final report compilation, lessons learned, and deliverable handoffs.

• 8 or more years of experience in managing large-scale IT and business transformation projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including PMI/PMBOK, Agile, and Hybrid models.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Experience in risk management, issue tracking, and formal change control processes.
• Experience with enterprise IT system implementations, data platforms, and software integrations.
• Experience in public sector procurement frameworks, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
