Application Reliability Lead - Modernization & Agile Delivery

As the Application Reliability Lead, you’ll helm a Tier 3 support and enhancement team responsible for over 60 mission-critical applications-spanning internal operations and customer-facing experiences. What You’ll Own

• Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a blended team of employees and contractors.
• Agile Execution: Champion agile practices to accelerate issue resolution and deliver enhancements with speed and precision.
• System Modernization: Spearhead efforts to refactor and replatform legacy systems for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Team Development: Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a resilient and collaborative team culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships across development, business, and vendor teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent documentation, support processes, and service quality across the portfolio.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Azure)
• 2+ years of leadership in a technical environment, with a track record of team development and delivery excellence
• Deep understanding of software reliability, performance tuning, and legacy system transformation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; bonus points for a CS degree or relevant certifications in Agile, DevOps, or Microsoft technologies

Bonus Skills

• 10+ years in software delivery roles across enterprise environments
• Experience leading modernization initiatives or digital transformation programs
• Strong grasp of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architecture
