Job description
Be responsible for transportation, customs declaration, packaging and other related work of import and export goods to ensure timely and safe receipt/delivery of goods to the destination. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the department supervisor. Specific responsibilities are as follows:
- Transportation Management
· Coordinate with freight forwarders and follow up the transportation progress of export goods by air, sea, land, railway and other modes. Timely handle various abnormalities during customs and shipping processes.
- Declaration Information Management
· Collaborate with related departments to collect declaration element information such as the functional use and material of goods.
· Coordinate with suppliers for HTS classification and maintain the HTS code database.
- Customs Declaration Document Preparation
· Liaise with various departments to gather product information including goods price and weight, such as packing list and invoice.
· Prepare export customs declaration documents in accordance with time-sensitive requirements.
- Packaging Solution Coordination
· Cooperate with packaging engineers to assist in advancing and confirming the transportation packaging plan for goods. Ensure timely and safe shipment of goods.
- Other Tasks
· Complete other matters assigned by the department supervisor., * How many years of import and export business processes, as well as customs, commodity inspection and customs declaration procedures do you have?
- How many years do you have of logistics, supply chain management, and understand relevant laws and regulations of international trade do you have?
- Provide some examples of how you Collaborate with related departments to collect declaration element information such as the functional use and material of goods.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in import and
export business or logistics operations.
· Good English foundation, capable of effective communication with foreign partners.
- Skill Requirements
· Familiar with import and export business processes, as well as customs, commodity inspection and customs declaration procedures.
· Possess knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, and understand relevant laws and regulations of international trade.
· Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively cooperate with various departments.
- Competency Requirements
· Analytical ability: Able to identify the root cause of problems and solve them effectively.
· Communication ability: Capable of effective communication with partners, suppliers and internal departments.
· Execution ability: Able to complete tasks on time and ensure the achievement of goals.
- Other Requirements
· Honest and upright, with strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, carefulness, clear expression and strong logical thinking.
· Possess team spirit and the ability to solve problems independently, and be able to adapt to a high-intensity work environment., * Bachelor’s (Preferred), * import and export business or logistics operations.: 5 years (Preferred)
