Job description
The SCM/Logistics Specialist to Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end supply chain operations across our ESS enclosure and specialized container business units. This position ensures the efficient, timely flow of materials, components, and information from global suppliers through production to final project delivery sites.
Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will drive procurement, logistics coordination, and inventory management activities aligned with our “ESS Total Solution” model. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to manage core supply chain capabilities and gain exposure to complex global operations within a high-growth sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Material Flow
- Execute Operations: Support end-to-end procurement activities including purchase order (PO) creation, vendor communication, and rigorous delivery tracking.
- Production Alignment: Coordinate material flow to guarantee a seamless supply of components for manufacturing schedules and project timelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify, report, and proactively mitigate supply chain risks, bottlenecks, or shipment delays.
Inventory & Spare Parts Management
- Stock Optimization: Monitor inventory levels to balance optimal stock, preventing both shortages and excess capital ties.
- Lifecycle Tracking: Manage spare parts inventory for manufactured products and key equipment, overseeing stock level planning, reorder triggers, shelf-life, and obsolescence tracking.
- BOM Management: Partner with engineering and quality teams to maintain updated, BOM-based spare parts lists, ensuring accurate component identification and approved vendor alignment.
- After-Sales Support: Support pricing, quoting, and order processing for spare parts fulfillment tied to customer requests, warranty claims, field service needs, and contractual obligations.
Logistics & System Administration
- Global Logistics: Track and manage complex domestic and international shipping schedules, coordinating closely with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Data Integrity: Maintain flawless ERP and system data for all tracking orders, inventory balances, and vendor information.
- Analytics: Prepare operational reports and analyze supply chain data to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (Title/Level commensurate with experience).

Language Skills: Proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is required to interface effectively with global teams and suppliers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a must); direct ERP experience is highly preferred.
- Supply Chain Acumen: Strong foundational understanding of procurement, international logistics, and inventory mechanics. Familiarity with spare parts concepts (min/max logic, criticality classification, lead-time buffering) is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational agility, razor-sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
