Job description

To provide additional support to full-time computer lab technicians and enhance both in person and online customer service to students during open lab hours., 60% - Assists students with hardware, software, and instructional questions pertaining to college related activities. Provides customer service in person, by phone, and online. 20% - Schedules and proctors exams while providing support to the testing services unit of the computer lab 10% - Troubleshoots hardware/software issues and escalates as necessary 10% - Works on special projects, such as MOS exams scheduling and proctoring, and other duties as assigned, Additional materials will not be accepted after the job posting has closed.

Requirements

High-school diploma or GED Working knowledge in the use and operation of PC and MAC computing hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and scanners. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Demonstrated customer service experience using phones and responding to customer requests in a timely, respectful, and efficient manner.
