Web Developer

• Build and maintain web portals and online ordering tools for customers
• Connect web systems to internal business software (job tracking, inventory, etc.)
• Talk directly with customers to understand what they need and troubleshoot issues
• Help automate manual, repetitive production steps
• Keep systems documented and running smoothly day to day

• 1+ years of hands-on web development experience - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Some experience with SQL / relational databases
• Comfortable with core programming concepts (logic, structured code)
• Willing and able to talk directly with customers by email, phone, and video from day one - this isn’t a behind-the-screen-only role
• Able to work in-person (this is not a remote or hybrid position)

Preferred experience but willing to train:

• Enfocus Switch - workflow automation software specific to print production
• Infigo - a web store platform customers use to order custom print products
• Variable data / personalized print production processes
• How printing, prepress, and production systems connect to the web tools you’ll build, * How many years of hands-on experience do you have with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript?
• Do you have experience working with SQL or relational databases?
• This role involves direct communication with clients by email, phone, and video. Are you comfortable with that?
