Job description

Design, deploy, configure, and support Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne SSO, PingOne DaVinci, and PingDirectory. Implement Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions. Configure and support OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP integrations. Integrate enterprise applications with identity providers and authentication platforms. Troubleshoot complex IAM incidents and perform root-cause analysis. Resolve authentication, authorization, federation, token, directory, and access issues. Ensure the availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of IAM services. Implement IAM security controls and enterprise security best practices. Develop automation scripts and deployment processes. Support change management, disaster recovery, and business-continuity activities. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and architecture teams. Create technical documentation, deployment guides, operational procedures, and knowledge articles. Support continuous improvement of IAM processes and platform capabilities.

Requirements

Strong experience with the Ping Identity suite. Experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne SSO, or PingOne DaVinci. Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, federation, authentication, and authorization. Experience with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP integrations. Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills. Understanding of secure identity architecture and access-management principles. Experience supporting highly available enterprise IAM environments. Strong communication and technical documentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience automating Ping deployments and configurations. Knowledge of identity governance and administration. Experience with cloud-based identity services. Understanding of disaster recovery, monitoring, and performance optimization. Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
