Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Program Manager (NYC, on-site)

Project is an AI company in the Healthcare space. It is delivering an enterprise deployment of its AI platform for a major US healthcare insurance company, with a delivery deadline of mid-September. In the client’s own words, this role is “less Program Manager, more Solution Delivery Manager” - a hands-on delivery leader, not a classic PM.

Engagement: Contractor, full-time, initial 3 months with possible extension Location: New York City, on-site - the company works office-first (ideally 5 days per week in the office, minimum 3).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise implementation project;
• Working day-to-day with the engineering team and driving task execution;
• Keeping delivery on track and controlling progress against the mid-September deadline;
• Ensuring visibility into progress for all stakeholders;
• Coordinating the implementation of enterprise functionality;
• Managing the delivery workflow in Linear.

• Strong experience working directly with engineering teams;
• Enterprise delivery experience and a track record of leading complex enterprise implementations;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Healthcare domain experience;
• Hands-on experience with Linear (specifically emphasised by the client - it’s the team’s core tool);
• Readiness to work on-site in NYC in an office-first culture;
• Advanced English.

• A key leadership role in a high-visibility enterprise project with a leading Healthcare AI company;
• Full-time contractor engagement - initial 3 months with a strong possibility of extension;
• A fast, simple hiring process - just two steps: an intro call and a practical case (you’ll explain how you would organise the delivery of a specific feature).

Please note: this is a contractor position; vacation and sick leave are not covered.

Pay: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
