Technical Project Manager (GenAI Program Delivery)

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager (GenAI Program Delivery) to support a leading professional sports organization as it scales a growing portfolio of Generative AI initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple high-visibility AI programs, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering resources. The ideal candidate is an experienced TPM who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can bring structure, governance, and execution discipline to innovative AI projects. This role requires strong Agile expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead initiatives from planning through launch while partnering closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads. Prior exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or AWS AI technologies is highly preferred.

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management or Program Management experience

• Agile delivery experience (Scrum and/or Kanban)

• Experience working in medium-to-large enterprise environments

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills

• Experience partnering closely with engineering and technical teams

• Jira experience

• Confluence experience

• Ability to manage projects with ambiguity and evolving requirements

Experience gathering requirements and driving execution across business and technical teams - Previous GenAI project experience

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot

• Experience with ChatGPT

• Experience with Claude

• AWS AI/ML solution exposure

• AI/LLM implementation experience

• Background translating business requirements into technical solutions
