Job description

Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce environments to meet evolving business needs, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions aligned with service-oriented architecture principles and best practices.
Manage data integrity through regular audits, data imports/exports, and deduplication efforts using tools like Data Loader or Salesforce Data Management tools.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems via APIs.
Maintain system security by managing user permissions, roles, profiles, and implementing information security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
Support deployment processes using Hutte and Gearset.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar IT/system administration role with a focus on CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of system architecture concepts including solution architecture, system design, and systems engineering principles.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash shell scripting, Python) and automation tools are a plus.
Experience working within Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) frameworks to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
