Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our innovative IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless business operations and enhanced user experience. Your expertise will drive the development of tailored solutions, streamline workflows, and support ongoing system improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where technology empowers business success., * Manage daily Salesforce platform administration, including user setup, permissions, and security controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Develop and implement automation processes using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex code to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions aligned with best practices in solution architecture.
  • Perform system troubleshooting, resolve technical issues promptly, and conduct regular system audits for performance tuning.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration management records, and update user guides as needed.
  • Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems such as ERP or marketing platforms using APIs like RESTful API or SOAP.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, including Lightning Experience customization and AppExchange applications.
  • Familiarity with solution architecture concepts and experience in software implementation projects within an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Apex, or Shell Scripting for automation tasks.
  • Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle; knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
  • Strong background in system administration tasks including server backup and recovery, system tuning, and storage management.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory management, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing, virtualization (VMware/ESXi), and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to operating systems (Windows Server/Linux), network configurations (DNS/DHCP), and security protocols (information security).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git for software deployment.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, Kubernetes orchestration, and containerization technologies is advantageous.
