Job description

  • Part-timeEmployment type: Part-time
  • €41,000 - €53,500 (XING estimate)
  • Hybrid, * Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur, ca. 40 Arbeitsplätze
  • Support und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Anfragen (1st und 2nd Level Support)
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Microsoft-Office-Produkten (z. B. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems abas
  • Administration und Support des CRM-Systems auf Basis von FileMaker Pro
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware (PCs, Laptops, Drucker, Scanner etc.)
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit sowie Durchführung von Backups und Updates
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, aber auch erfahrene Quereinsteiger
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft-Umgebungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise abas
  • Erfahrung mit FileMaker Pro oder MS Access von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk, Hardware und IT-Sicherheit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
