The ideal candidate will be confident in multiple stacks, capable of guiding clients through complex solutions, and eager to collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

In this role, you’ll act as the technical lead, owning projects end-to-end- from understanding client requirements and crafting solutions to presenting and implementing them. Your expertise in certain areas will drive decisions on architecture, scope, and best-fit approaches, always balancing technical excellence with client realities. Your ability to communicate clearly, push back when needed, and adapt on the fly will be essential as you work across different projects and teams., * 5+ years of IT experience, preferably within MSP or multi-client environments. You’ve been the senior technical voice in critical moments.

  • Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Microsoft cloud (Azure, M365, Intune), Windows Server and Active Directory, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, AVD), networking and firewall configurations, or SQL Server.
  • Competence across other areas: familiar with site-to-site VPNs, basic database maintenance, or similar.
  • Ability to establish momentum and deliver projects on tight timelines while managing unknowns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills-you’re able to translate technical concepts into understandable language for clients and team members alike.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Focus is on proven success rather than formal education.
  • US citizenship and a valid driver’s license are required for on-site client work.

Nice to Have:

  • ITIL Foundation or related process experience
  • Strong documentation skills- runbooks, diagrams, scoping notes
