Job description

  • Serve as a liaison between U.S. operations, global headquarters, and international affiliates.
  • Support global IT initiatives, business process improvements, and digital transformation projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend practical technology solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural communication among business and IT stakeholders.
  • Provide operational IT support and assist end users when needed.
  • Support initiatives involving Microsoft 365, AI, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.

Requirements

Are you passionate about bridging technology, business, and global collaboration?, We are seeking an experienced Global IT Analyst to support strategic IT initiatives across a multinational organization. This role is ideal for a bilingual Japanese/English professional who enjoys working across cultures, partnering with business leaders, and helping drive digital transformation., We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building trusted relationships across cultures, and helping organizations leverage technology to achieve business objectives., * 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, business systems, or IT analysis.

  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, enterprise IT environments, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
  • Experience working with both Japanese and U.S. business environments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Experience

  • Digital transformation or global IT project experience.
  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Platform, AI, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting multinational organizations.

Benefits & conditions

Salary Range:$60,000-$90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
