Perform application administration, workflow updates, role-based access support, and approved system enhancements. Support data validation, quality checks, system alignment, and reporting validation during migration activities. Troubleshoot application, database, server, and integration-layer issues. Support patching, upgrades, system changes, and new feature deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments. Maintain and update reporting capabilities for operational, analytical, and compliance needs. Develop documentation, work instructions, operating procedures, workflow guides, and training materials. Provide end-user support and help users understand application functionality, workflows, and data interactions. Must-Have Requirements U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain NASA Public Trust.

Requirements

Must live within 50 miles of a NASA Center or be willing to relocate before start. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Facility/Asset Management, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of systems engineering or enterprise application support experience. Hands-on experience administering or supporting IBM TRIRIGA, Maximo MREF, Maximo, or MAS. Experience with configuration, workflow management, system troubleshooting, and role-based access. Experience supporting multi-environment operations: development, test, staging, and production. Ability to diagnose application, database, reporting, and integration-layer issues. Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and strong commitment to operational reliability. Strongly Preferred Experience with TRIRIGA-to-MREF migrations. Experience with IBM MAS MREF. Experience supporting federal facilities, asset management, or real estate management programs. Experience with SQL, Cognos, BIRT, Power BI, ETL, or reporting/data validation. Familiarity with federal cybersecurity, compliance, or IT governance standards such as NIST/FISMA. NASA facilities experience is a plus. Why This Role Matters This role is critical to keeping NASA facilities and enterprise asset systems stable through migration and transition. We need someone who understands both the application and the users, and who can support the technical details without losing sight of operational continuity.
