Webflow Developer - Part-Time, Remote

This is a fully remote, part-time role with flexible working hours. We are seeking someone who has hands-on Webflow design and development experience and can step in quickly to support active client projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop websites in Webflow based on provided designs and wireframes
• Translate Figma or design mockups into clean, responsive Webflow builds
• Manage CMS collections, dynamic content, and structured data within Webflow
• Implement best practices for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and leadership to ensure timely delivery
• Make ongoing updates and optimizations to existing Webflow sites

• Proven experience building websites in Webflow (design + development)
• Strong understanding of responsive design and modern web standards
• Experience working from Figma design files
• Familiarity with CMS structure and dynamic content in Webflow
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and site performance optimization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to manage time independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with animations/interactions in Webflow
• Familiarity with integrations (forms, CRM tools, etc.), We’re looking for someone who can jump in quickly, contribute immediately, and help us continue delivering high-quality work for our clients.
