Data Analyst

HCL Global Systems is seeking a Data Entry Support (EHR) professional to support the State of Tennessee. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in data entry, EHR/EMR systems, healthcare administration, application support, or system configuration.

You will assist with maintaining Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, configuring system components, supporting users, testing system updates, and ensuring accurate information across multiple healthcare environments.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain EHR system worklists, templates, flowsheets, and order sets.
• Build and update non-medication and laboratory orders.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and role assignments.
• Perform system validation testing after updates and document findings.
• Provide first-level support to end users and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Review and update templates, workflows, and configuration settings.
• Assist with training documentation, user guides, and training videos.
• Process EHR training registration requests and verify user access.
• Configure medication records, formularies, and order management components.
• Support medication inventory implementation and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.

• Experience with data entry, administrative support, healthcare operations, or application support.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications., * Experience with healthcare information systems such as Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Meditech, Athena, or similar EHR platforms.
• Experience with system testing, user account management, or application configuration.
• Healthcare administration or medical office experience.

$17 - $19 an hour - Full-time, Contract
