- Facilitate individual counseling sessions
- Lead psychoeducational and process therapy groups
- Conduct family therapy sessions
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Coordinate care with nursing, medical, case management, and recovery support staff
- Help patients develop healthy coping skills, relapse prevention plans, and long-term recovery goals
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence
Requirements

Preferred education:

- Related Behavioral Science Degree
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) is preferred but not required.
