Job description

As a Project Manager you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Location for this position is Bridgewater, NJ. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Scrum Master
  • Experience in Product Backlog
  • Experience in executing Daily Scrum 15-minutes daily; team discusses progress, identifies barriers for quick removal.

  • Experience in Sprint Retrospective
  • Accountable to make sure PO and Dev Team refine stories before Sprint Planning
  • Ensure alignment between PO and team members on the definitions of done and ready for User Stories
  • Ensures User Stories follow best in class standards.
  • Facilitate User Story sizing to ensure consensus across team members.
  • Confirms team capacity for the sprint, making sure to take note of vacations or other commitments.
  • Supports team discussion to define the sub-tasks needed to be completed during the sprint.
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
  • Ensure proper use of Scrum, Health of the team, Continuous Improvement (CI) (e.g. Increase Velocity), remove blockers/impediments, inform others of acceptable engagement with Scrum team, and dealing with impediments
  • Experience in handling multiple scrum teams
  • Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes
  • Knowledge of Transport Management concepts and processes
  • Knowledge Service Transition Planning and coordination activities.
  • Knowledge on Agile and Kanban Models with Jira
  • Knowledge on ITIL process, Quality, Audits (Internal and External) process, Continuous Improvement and Automation driven process.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN:$73,000- $102,200 In Washington DC: $66,500-$100,300
