Job description

  • Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using generative AI approaches, including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and agentic workflows
  • Help redesign how business development activity is modeled, processed, controlled, and reported across the firm
  • Shape AI-first systems architecture across multiple platforms that support business development and incentive workflows
  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure solution quality, robustness, reliability, and business impact
  • Partner closely with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions
  • Contribute to real-time and batch data pipelines, while supporting monitoring, logging, metrics, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review processes
  • Work across regions and departments to understand business workflows, contractual documents, and unstructured data in order to design effective AI solutions
  • Perform data cleansing, data engineering, and pipeline development needed to make AI solutions reliable, scalable, and production-ready

Requirements

  • 5+ years of data engineering experience, including 1 to 2 years of hands-on AI experience
  • Experience building production-grade GenAI solutions at enterprise scale, including work with MCPs, agent architectures, and RAG; exposure to GraphRAG is a plus
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, AWS, Bedrock, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Pydantic, or similar tools is highly desirable
  • Experience evolving traditional RAG architectures into more advanced agentic AI workflows
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, conversational AI platforms, and modern AI-powered user experiences
  • Ability to design, optimize, and evolve large-scale conversational AI platforms with strong standards for code quality, documentation, and maintainability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Benefits & conditions

Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
