PC LAN Technician - State Client

Seeking a PC LAN Technician to support a large-scale desktop refresh project. Responsibilities include deploying and imaging Windows PCs/laptops, setting up workstations and peripherals, replacing hardware, troubleshooting basic technical issues, tracking assets, updating tickets, and providing onsite end-user support.

• 3+ years of desktop support or PC deployment experience
• Windows desktop/laptop deployment and imaging
• Hardware setup, replacement, and peripheral installation
• Basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with ticketing and documentation
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one)

Preferred Skills

• Desktop refresh or hardware deployment projects
• SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment tools
• Active Directory and basic networking
• Asset management/inventory tracking
• Enterprise or government IT support experience

• This is a 100% onsite position in Phoenix, AZ (85003) with up to 10% local travel. Are you able to work onsite for the duration of the contract and do you have a valid driver’s license (or can you obtain one)?
