Job description

Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.

What you’ll do

You’ll research, verify, and correct information as it moves into our electronic data systems - work that calls for independent judgment, curiosity, and a solid grasp of data governance best practices. In this role, you’ll:

  • Analyze data from multiple channels, cleansing it and applying data integrity standards
  • Research and verify records, correcting information and resolving discrepancies as they come up
  • Deliver excellent customer service to constituents, volunteers, and stakeholders, seeing each question through to full resolution
  • Draw on your problem-solving skills across a variety of data quality and governance work

Requirements

  • A 2-year degree or equivalent, relevant experience
  • One year typing or data entry experience, plus additional office experience (equivalent relevant experience may be substituted)
