Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.
What you’ll do
You’ll research, verify, and correct information as it moves into our electronic data systems - work that calls for independent judgment, curiosity, and a solid grasp of data governance best practices. In this role, you’ll:
- Analyze data from multiple channels, cleansing it and applying data integrity standards
- Research and verify records, correcting information and resolving discrepancies as they come up
- Deliver excellent customer service to constituents, volunteers, and stakeholders, seeing each question through to full resolution
- Draw on your problem-solving skills across a variety of data quality and governance work
Requirements
- A 2-year degree or equivalent, relevant experience
- One year typing or data entry experience, plus additional office experience (equivalent relevant experience may be substituted)

- Dental insurance, * Competitive wages, annual discretionary bonus. Pay range depending on experience is $20.04 to $28.05 hr. This is a non-exempt position.

- Defined retirement contribution: SPIE provides an automatic 5% contribution PLUS SPIE offers UP to 5% matching contributions and 25% vesting each year, 100% vested after 4 years.
