Epic Application Analyst

We are seeking an Epic Application Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic applications within a healthcare environment. This role partners with clinical, operational, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and provide Tier 2 support. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and committed to delivering technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care., * Configure, maintain, and optimize assigned Epic applications.

• Analyze workflows and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while providing Tier 2 support.
• Collaborate with clinicians, business leaders, vendors, and IT teams on projects and system improvements.
• Test, validate, and implement application updates and upgrades.
• Maintain application documentation and follow change management procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Participate in Epic training and maintain certification in assigned module(s).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one (1) year of related application support or healthcare IT experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of clinical or operational workflows.
• Experience with application configuration, testing, and implementation.
