Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a versatile Reliability Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving and client partnership.

In this dual-impact role, you will contribute directly to our consulting engagements while leading enablement sessions and workshops for our clients. You will take complex reliability principles, quantitative modeling (RAM, Weibull, LDA), and asset management frameworks and translate them into actionable strategies and engaging learning experiences for frontline teams, engineering leads, and executives., > Reliability & Asset Management Consulting

• Perform advanced reliability analysis, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA), Weibull Analysis, Life Data Analysis (LDA), and RAM modeling.
• Evaluate client asset management maturity against industry benchmarks (SMRP, ISO 55000) and design tailored operational improvement roadmaps.
• Collaborate with client teams to structure ERP/CMMS data, optimize PM/PdM programs, and align strategy with daily execution.
• Help implement data-driven monitoring workflows and AI-assisted tools that track asset health and long-term reliability performance.

Customer Enablement & Training

• Design and deliver interactive training modules, bootcamps, and enablement sessions for client engineering, maintenance, and operations personnel.
• Translate sophisticated reliability engineering concepts into practical, clear, and relatable learning experiences tailored to different audience levels.
• Develop training guides, quick-reference toolkits, case studies, and hands-on exercises tailored to specific client operating environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor during post-training rollout, guiding clients through process adoption, tool usage, and cultural transformation.

• Experience: 3+ years in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Asset Management in an industrial or engineering consulting environment.
• Core Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA, Weibull/LDA, and PM optimization.
• Enablement & Facilitation: Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, presenting to technical and executive stakeholders, or leading team training.
• Data & Systems: Practical experience working with CMMS/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Maintenance Connection) and reliability/statistical software.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an innate ability to explain complex engineering topics simply and engagingly.

Nice-to-Haves

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) designation.
• Prior experience in management consulting, B2B implementation, or customer success within engineering/industrial software.

Pay: $96,583.83 - $116,316.01 per year
